Publications
The Club produces publications throughout the Policy Year for Members.
The Rules set out the terms and conditions of the insurance the Club provides. Every ship's entry in the Club is subject to the Rules. The Members approve the Rules and any changes to the Rules, at general meetings.
We send Members Circulars to give official notices, for example to give notice of a new AP area or of the rates and terms for the next Policy Year. We also send Circulars to draw attention to matters of general importance, such as the voluntary reporting scheme operating in the Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean.
The Report & Accounts are published after a Policy Year has been audited and include a Chairman's Statement, Market Review and the Club's Financial details.
Our Brochure gives a general introduction to the Club. It includes a summary of our cover and the service we offer, as well as sections on membership and mutuality.
Our Archive contains publications from past Policy Years.
