Career Summary

Lyall is a dual qualified English and Australian solicitor who joined Thomas Miller in 2012 from the shipping department of a leading London solicitor, where he was a Senior Associate. Lyall was the War Risks Claims and Legal Manager at the Club from 2012 to 2017 following which he handled P&I and FD&D claims at the UK P&I Club, until re-joining UK War Risks in 2022. He has degrees in law and communications. His main responsibilities are claims management, claims consultancy and loss prevention.
